I highly valued how it broke down a lot of the terminology and it’s comparison to other methods of investing (banks, stocks, etc). Great read!
KEEP IN YOUR MIND was wrriten in 2015. Is not the most dated REI book but one of the best to start with. Was a good overall picture of what to expect with this investment.
I was completely blown away by the amount of detail and nuggets that Hunter put in his book. By far the best book I’ve read on raising capital.
THIS IS NOT A BOOK! However is just a great way to get into RE Terms. This is a great vocabulary cheat sheet for studying or referring back when needed.
